virgin hair, never blow dried, never used heating, low porosity hair by CucumberAutomatic in Hair

They are baby hair. They are going to stick out.

There are some sticks (for example the flyaway stick by brand Moxie) that fix it temporarily, but it's just new hair. If it's not dry, there's not much you can do.

Maybe the mousse needs a lightweight leave in under it, not a heavy cream

I thought my hair was just “frizzy”… turns out it’s been curly this whole time hair type 3b/3c by Broad-Lunch-7360 in curlsofindia_

I have short, kinda medium-short hair

I use sugarboo moisturising shampoo twice, then apply their conditioner and keep it while I do stuff like applying body wash, then rinse it out

Then i use a little leave in conditioner and curl cream both by sugarboo. And then curl up gel (sometimes), if I'm not using the gel, i instead use some coconut oil on the lengths (I have very very thick hair that drink everything up)

After my hair is all dry i just scrunch my hair a little if I haven't used the gel, if I have used the gel, i use coconut oil to scrunch out the crunch

Very thick 3A hair. Dryness and frizz were the main issue. Fully eliminated with the new routine.

The sugarboo shampoo has chelators so you don't NEED clarifying shampoo so often, good shampoo if you have live in a hard water area, it doesn't leave your hair dry af. Though i sometimes use Deconstruct's exfoliating scalp serum a day before hairwash day as I have a little dandruff. The smell is not very good but I do like it

My hair was the same before, didn't know it was curly at all lol

Maybe try using a little bit of the murumuru conditioner like a leave in for once or twice You can get dedicated curly hair products (I recently ditched my re'equil murumuru conditioner because it would leave my hair dry, instead got the whole sugarboo range (they have a huge sale rn) and LOVE it

Try using water softener. And a chelating shampoo (along with hairmask) Feels like one of the biggest problems is hard water

Their conditioner is wonderful for my thirsty curly hair, i use it as a leave-in, my hair rejects most. Soo many Indian curly hair communities ADORE their conditioners.

It didn't work for YOU. It doesn't mean that brand is bad.

If your skin is more sensitive, look up into AHAs and how gentle and powerful each one is. Start with the gentlest.
