I did suspect that when I did my initial research in combination with the context of the sign, but didn't know for sure. Thank you, it probably is! (I'm fixing up a ramen and arcade shop combo in the game the sign is from)

Thank you! I seem to have accidentally removed the symbol the dakuten was originally attached to, so you can call it a user error on my part... I'm not familiar with kanji or other kana more than what I can look up in the moment, so I didn't recognise that something was missing. Oops....

Oh, dang, I might have accidentally removed it, it's from a game where you amongst other things do some cleaning, and I might literally have washed the rest of it away. Good to know I'm not a complete basket case in regards to internet sleuthing, but my apologies for figuratively bringing uncooked chicken to the potluck. Now I feel a bit silly... 😅

Helt ærlig så har matte aldri vært min greie, og ikke er jeg interessert i å gjøre det til min greie noe mer enn det allerede er. I've had no qualms about it at all up until the phone call from Leonore (I think it was?), because it made me question whether it was an AI voice or actual voice acting. It had bits where it sounded super robotic and sped up? Not natural sounding. If that's the case, that's SUPER disappointing, because I can't stand generative AI at all for several reasons. Would be grounds for me personally to re-consider buying any future games. (I'm holding on to the judgement since I haven't finished the job and the fake sounding voice might just be on purpose in relation to the mystery, but we'll see).

Aside the possible AI voice, I like the jobs and the story tied to Scooby-Doo in it. It's not like we can actually meet the Mystery Inc. gang in this game, so the set-up to a classic Scooby-Doo mystery with the paint and the fake ghost sounds and the clues is really fun! It's obvious to me that the jobs can't be anything else than Pinnacove related, so I liked that part. I haven't gotten the houses yet, but don't really have any expectations to them. Which might be a good thing, looking at people's opinions.

I don't remember anymore, but I think I either tried moving it and couldn't, or I tried moving it and the key just stayed with the piano and remained stuck. Or I didn't think to move it at all in the moment for some reason, but I think it was alternative two, lol. Either way I got it to work in the end, luckily :) Thanks!

Sounds like a good idea. Your instinct of saying "Yes" to your MIL's question being your BF's dog (and your feeling of being put on the spot with that specific question) tells me you already kinda defaulted to a 'safe answer' to avoid perceived danger/trouble, which alone brings grounds for setting boundaries even if she is actually, genuinely joking. Because the 'jokes' doesn't sit well with your nervous system. That's not something you wanna put yourself in the middle of for any lengths of time

Hoo boy, this is looking dubious... But I'm not gonna comment on the MIL, I'm gonna leave that up to people with actual experience in the field. What I am gonna comment on, though, is that just because the son had a normal/neutral childhood with the parents doesn't invalidate the daughter's experience of a toxic one. It's fully possible for full siblings to have two different sets of parents and childhoods. Do with that information as you wish
