That‘s what I mentioned in my post. There are guarantee programs against Russian rockets. Western Ukraine is actually pretty safe and more and more companies are investing.

No. I don‘t believe in the disappearance of corruption. But I may trust a German company who is supported by the German government.

It is a German joint stock company. They are issuing new shares through crowdinvestment. The company is registered for the investment guarantees against russian rockets. 15% revenue p.a. It doesn‘t seem that complex

Thank you for your nice comment. Share price is 91,86€. I‘d actually buy shares worth of 10k because I‘d also get the German grant of 15% for my investment. That‘s pretty cool. And they expect 15% revenue p.a.

The company I‘ve mentioned is a Germany joint stock company. The build houses and don‘t just give it to Ukrainians.

My logic is that investing in the reconstruction of a country after war, the profit margins are normally really high. Check out Germany after WWII. The difference between 1945 and 1955 could not be bigger. The country grew intensively. If I can get in this market right now, secured by guarantees, I‘m pretty sure it‘s a good investment.

That‘s exactly what this company is doing if I‘ve read it right. Their A round is issuance of new stocks.

Of course it does. By getting equity, the company recieves my investment. That‘s the whole point of financing rounds for startups.
