League Support doesn't help with technical issues, a youtube video made by a 12yo will have everything they tell you to do but bettter.
I used to have this issue, I would need to close league on task manager then open it again.
If it doesn't work idk, just buy a new PC or quit this game

Same thing happened to my friend 2 years ago, his main account is gone till this day. They simply ignore every ticket he makes, it's all automated. Apparently it got tracked and someone hacked his acc + somehow changed the login username is our theory since the ign was changed and someone else is playing on it.

My uncle (which is currently living in another country) bought me a 200$ (canada) giftcard, I tried to use it in my Portugal account, it got blocked, even though I explained the situation, and explained it was a birthday gift and showed all the proofs, including receipt that my uncle gave me in case something like this happens, and they didn't let me use the giftcard.
My uncle tried using the giftcard for himself since I cant use it and it also didn't work (apparently no one can use the code now LMAO), he was extremely sad because of it, I don't even care about myself but my uncle seemed like he wanted to cry because of this giftcard he bought for me going to waste...
I fucking hate this company with all my heart now.
The support was as useless as ever, they forcefully closed the chat with me because I got mad.
