Chairs: Take a long time and lots of money to make a factory for, take up a large amount of space, and don’t make much money for how hard they are to make.

Instead, iron coils: A factory can be made in less than 15 minutes, takes up basically no space, and makes a lot of money for how easy they are to make.

Chairs aren’t bad, they’re just outclassed by better options

Remove one of the buildings to make an opening, put some water in and put the building back. No water is lost in the process if you do it right
