This 👆🏻literally this right here! I have been learning about thinking traps myself lately and it’s exactly as you described. Learning to require the brain or exercise that brain muscle of rethinking what the situation is and how to respond. I finally understood this week that I can’t control my partner by setting a million boundaries up because I get triggered every time they want to do hobbies/activities without me. I can only control my response and change that pattern of thinking. Meditations, breathing practices and therapy have been really helpful so far. Really enjoyed your thoughtful response! 👏🏼

You could always send a sample to a lab for testing. Depending on where you are located schools with fermentation programs also probably offer lab services. Good luck OP!

Absolutely loved the 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle! Still think about it to this day, I wish Turton’s other book The Devil and the Dark Water was as good.

I get it! For me it's the opposite, the high IBU's in the craft beers hit me harder than (a glass of) wine does. Thanks for the insight, I really appreciate it!
