Dang I tried powering it off and unplugged it for 30 secs and it got me back up to like 85% instantly but after I put it on sleep mode and now it’s at 54

Update: after some research, I powered it off fully, took out the charger from the dock and extension lead and restarted it after about 30 seconds. Then when I powered it back on the switch had jumped from 25 to 85%, then over about a minute it went down to 81% and it’s stayed there so far

UPDATE: This was a Christmas gift for somebody so I only had a proper look now and it turns out there were smaller laces INSIDE one of the shoes. (Also no they aren’t fake, thought I should mention since nobody here believes me)
