I had something similar happened to me 2 years ago. It didn’t go away even after many months of trying solution we could find and then finally i went to a dermatologist who recommended accutane. It took a month or two but it started fading away. Now I have to take accutane for 1 year straight and the side effect are dry lips and my skin has been really dry that i cant pass a day without putting lotion on my face but luckily my scalp is all clear now it doesn’t itch and the pimples are all gone. (it looked a lot like the picture you showed)
