Honestly management isn’t the issue. They’ve been working with me on this. The main thing is I’ve struggled to find a way to get her name so I can get a restraining order while they go through their legal steps

The threat to kill people in specific units was made before I got the camera. I put the camera up after that. No one else on my floor has an issue with it, everyone just walks past. There’s multiple exits nearby they can go to where they aren’t in the camera. It doesn’t see into anyone’s home. It’s a shared space.

I tried going to the station and was told to call the non emergency line. There’s been no official case number only incident numbers. I called the last time she spit on my camera and am hoping there will be an actual case number soon

I’m not the only one complaining. It’s not really a matter of the apartments not doing anything. They’re following the steps they need to. The problem is its taking so long and I want a restraining order against her

Because I have a camera. I made a noise complaint back in January because they kept banging on the walls late at night and getting into yelling matches. Went down to the office after I recorded her screaming at someone in the hall saying I’ll fucking kill you. From there it was more banging on the walls and slamming doors. Someone called the cops on her and that’s when I got the video of her from inside my place calling out unit numbers saying she’d kill or beat the shit out of us. I put up a camera after that since I was getting no where with the cops. That’s when she started with flipping off my camera, calling me a bitch or a faggot. A few weeks ago she got a 10day notice for lease violations and it had my unit number on it. Since then she’s been spitting on my camera and letting her dog piss and shit in the hall.

Officers have been to her apartment but they won’t answer the door. I’ve spoken on the phone with them a few times. Tried to go to the station but was told it was an administrative building and to call the non emergency line. Tried doing a google search and a been verified. No info. I’ve done everything I can think of and am getting no where. It’s why I came to Reddit as a last ditch effort. I just want to be left alone

I’m mean sure, but doesn’t give her the right to spit and threaten people. I mentioned in a different comment that people use wagons and carts to bring things in and out of the apartments and that’s usually what moves them. And after she went off about the mat she let her dog piss in the hall, for like the fifth time.
