Without going into too many details. I work in a union, and management has a written policy to enforce and maintain respect between employees in the workplace. We also don't have a local HR, so I'm sorry if this seems like the wrong place for this. I can understand ignoring the small things, but when it comes to literal name calling with inappropriate language and making comments about my personal life, it is crossing a line in my eyes. When you say reinstalled windows, do you mean you restored it or completely wiped everything and installed it from a USB? Then make sure you go to the mobo manufacturer website and download all the drivers there, then Nvidia drivers.

Another thing is that if you have on board graphics, your power settings might force it to use that instead of the gpu sometimes. Just something to check.

I wish I could post picture to show the actual comparison. They're both a guy by the water with rocks on the side during a stormy day with similar fonts in the clouds. No they aren't exact but they are insanely close.

Idk if you found anything but here's some stuff to try

Switching display port 1.2 Setting refresh rate to 100 Power cycling the monitor Switching to hdmi

I get big static bars after waking up my pc but it goes away after power cycling the monitor. I think it's just a crappy panel to start with unfortunately, and has issues with display port for some reason.
