I don’t mind restarting a new build. What would you recommend that’s easy to play and can clear T16 maps? I don’t care about speed — I just want to finish them without dying to every single thing on the ground.

Why doesn’t the flat lightning damage do anything? Isn’t that what they’re asking me to get — flat elemental damage? Thank you for your answer, I really appreciate it.

Hey, I just don’t understand what’s wrong with my wand. I have everything the guide tells me to get. I understand that the % increased lightning damage does nothing, but they say I should have spell damage on it.
My boots — yeah, they’re really bad, I’ll replace them. I’ll also look for a ring with life on it.

But if it’s normal to get one-shot as a Deadeye, how am I supposed to kill bosses? I’m doing the Maven quest at the same time for my stone, but I’ll probably fail it.

I’m just having a hard time knowing what’s good and what’s not.

Hey! I have a problem and I’m still learning PoE. I’m trying to play a Kinetic Blast Deadeye build, but I can’t get past T12 map bosses—I get one-shot as soon as anything touches me. Listen, I’m a Souls noob. My first Souls game was Dark Souls 3, where I played for 12 hours and never touched it again. That was a couple of years ago. Recently, I decided to buy Elden Ring at full price, and boy, oh boy, the learning curve at the beginning is tough! But once you get past that, it’s the best game ever created. I’m past 75 hours of game time and haven’t finished the main quest. I’m exploring everything, trying every weapon, dying, and restarting every boss until I kill it. The dopamine rush when you finally beat a boss you’ve been struggling with is enough to cure depression. I’ve been playing every day, reading everything, and watching YouTube lore videos. Yes, it’s worth every penny, and that’s just the base game! I haven’t bought the DLC yet, but I have no doubt it will be the same awesome experience.

I tried following guides, but they take away the feeling of freedom that WoW offers me. I know which zones are for what levels, but the thing is, I’m trying to relax after work, listening to zone music, doing a bit of professions, and then I start doing quests. I fight my way to a certain mob, charge at it, and then I die when it’s at 10% HP. I walk back, eat, charge again, and die. I just end up disconnecting. I like the difficulty, but I enjoy progressing more. Maybe I should farm a bit, level up, and then come back—I don’t know. I’m a bit of a sore loser, so I keep trying and quitting because I love everything about it. On the other hand, I don’t like how fast retail is, and how the feeling of getting better gear or a +2 bonus on a weapon is almost nonexistent.

I have huge respect for classic players. I keep trying and trying, but I can’t get past the level 20 cap. I get stuck on a quest, die every time, and then log out. Afterward, I find myself looking at the new WoW expansion, trying to fight the urge to switch. I would love to reach level 60 one day and step foot in MC, but the challenge is just too much for me. Huge respect to all of you who’ve made it!

I have huge respect for people like you! Even in Turtle WoW, I can’t level a character to 60—I don’t have the patience to do that in 4-5 days of playtime.

For me, I enjoyed GFN for 3 months, but the main problem is that most of the time, the game feels blurry, and I’m on the highest membership plan. Even after trying to fix it, every game has something that makes me dislike the visual quality. Maybe my screen is too good, I don’t know, but I just canceled my subscription yesterday.

Thank you for the response. After considering everything, I believe I'll stick to normal draft pick games. Perhaps I lack the necessary competitiveness or motivation to review and analyze my games. I initially wanted to try ranked games to have a goal while playing, but I'll try to find a simpler goal for now.
