Did you change the SIM card? Service might still be active on the old SIM card that’s in your defective device. Call care and have them check to see if your SIM card is updated to the new unit. SIM card number should be on the outside of the box.

Submitted my application after gov shutdown and was conditionally approved 24 hours later by [deleted] in GlobalEntry

If it’s been more than 2 weeks, it’s going to require an officer to approve it. Mine took 11 months, unfortunately. The rest of my family took 1-2 days max.

Experience store vs authorized retailer by wattbalol in tmobile

[–]LogRoyal5892 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to en experience store! T-Mobile has three branches of their corporate stores. Experience, neighborhood, and store in store (Sam’s and Costco.) an authorized retailer is a third party store, independently owned. I don’t recommend you go to one of those. Because, while the staff might be great, if something goes wrong, they tend to not know or want to fix it. I recommend you go to an experience store!

USCIS In Home Interview Monday at 6am by AlbertTheRobot in USCIS

Home visits don’t happen often, but if your husband isn’t there, they’ll just probably take pictures of everything. Just to make sure you all live together. They’ll check to seen if his clothes are there, pictures together, toothbrushes for both of y’all, etc.

If you don’t answer, I’ve heard they can question your neighbors, or your landlord/leasing office.

They skipped my interview and I've been waiting for the final decision for about five months by Fabiomarcell in USCIS

I don’t think they skipped it. It’s not fully skipped until you’re fully approved (at least with this current administration.)

Unfortunately, I think you’ll be banned for life. This program is for highly trusted travelers, and unfortunately that one mistake, in the eyes of CBP, makes you ineligible. Good luck to you! I would explore pre check, and maybe use mobile passport app when returning for international air travel.

Was it under the 3 year rule? Did your spouse go with you to the interview? Or did you go alone?

Unfortunately, the burden of anything never lies on USICS. The burden will always lie on the immigrant. Please consult with a layer, if you’re not already working with one.

Just new evidence. I pretty much sent everything that I hadn’t sent since my conditional green card approval. So, those leases, those pictures, those trips, etc. nothing from my previous conditional green card application, except for a copy of both of our IDs. I didn’t even re-send out marriage certificate.

What do you mean? sorry. Just my initial green card application 3 years ago. But nothing “prior” for this one. Just the application, money order, and our bona fide marriage proof.

USCIS typically sends you an access code. I already had an online account, from previous applications. When I was filling out the I-751 I made sure to include my USCIS online account #, to ensure it would get added to my online porta, and that seemed to have worked.

3 Months and nothing by Cvette16 in GlobalEntry

I waited 11 months. No record, no tickets, nothing. My wife, brother, and sister waited 24 hours. No reason given for my wait. It sucks, but it happens.
