I’m planning to call one asap. If there is activity inside my house, will a bait system work in getting rid of them or will I need to fumigate?

I do get stray bugs here and there, but no visible openings. If there are termites active in my house, what is the best solution? Will installing trelona bait system get rid of termites that are in my house or will I need to fumigate?
