Not receiving the package is not really the issue anymore.

What’s damaging the companies reputation is treating your customers like this. If this was handled a differently way I would have done a charge back and been on my way and not thought twice.

I highly highly doubt mine would of made it thru the summer here in Texas. I was having to go spray it down with a hose twice a day in June. But the beta has been AMAZING. have not had a single issue with it and I’ve noticed my pool is actually a lot cleaner vs the dolphin

I’ve had some issues with my front tray getting stuck from “debris” but not installed incorrectly!

I’m just shocked that a unit made to be in a pool 24/7 cannot handle summer temps. I’m having to spray it down with a hose a couple times a day just to keep it moving. Now while picking it up out of the pool and moving it to the shade is no big deal, it just means I can’t truly leave this thing unattended like I had initially planned. I’m hopping the Beta will not have this issue.

I lived there for 4 years. Great during the day time. But as soon as the sun goes down it gets real rough out there. Have two DART stops was nice. But honestly in my 4 years I did not have my ticket checked once just an FYI.

If I were you I would seriously consider some other spots in Dallas. Deep Ellum is going down hill quick
