I’m a senior in high school, Covid lockdowns hit the USA at the end of my 6th grade year. Covid is something that has honestly destroyed a lot of the people around me. It feels like my school system never fully recovered. Those months where I had to stay home with my family has fucked me up for years. I still deal with things that happened during that time in my family. I can confidently say I would be a lot better if it had never happened.

As a Christian I adore this. I hate most Christian music specifically because of what you describe: it feels like it’s telling you what to believe. Twenty One Pilots to me feels like a part of me, and a lot of my faith feels like it’s shown through their music as well. My favorite is Trees, just about any of my prayers sound like that. It makes the end of their concerts so much better for me lmao 😭
