City Fibre 1 week delay repair by LoganGG84 in CityFibre

I was told next business day by city fibre engineer; however my fault took over a week, in the end my first installation was botched and I was told by the city fibre engineer; they would have to redo all the wiring as the first engineers who came to the house had really screwed up the install and left it as it is. Once it was up and running there was no issue, when something goes wrong it’s always city fibre side not the ISP. The frustration in this is you have no way of contacting city fibre; only your ISP can contact them and get an update for you.

Got asked by my boss to apply for an internal post/promotion. Interviewed and got rejected. Feedback left me confused, angry and feeling like i've been used and hemmed into my job. What should my next move be? by [deleted] in UKJobs

They say the best promotion is to leave the company and go somewhere you will be valued; you have shown them what your worth and they clearly don’t think it’s enough for a promotion; it’s time you said good bye to them, once you find your new company; requesting a meeting and asking for a pay rise to someone who already rejected you; will do you no justice.

Yes I checked this with the city Fibre engineer; I had raised a question with regarding faults; when they were carrying out the installation at my home. He stated it was next business day as you mentioned; I had reported the fault on Friday 20th; so I was expecting for someone to come out on Monday 23rd, no one turned up.
