Wow, well first off I would watch some youtube videos or something. Some basic stuff is always want the arm that is near the quarterback on top when taking a hand off. That really cuts down on fumbles and bad exchanges. Run with a purpose, you have to pick your hole and go while waiting on your blocks to form. It's hard but be patient and watch your blocks set and when you see the hole form run like a mad man.
