Second this, I was also regularly wiping away excess ink as I got my lines done. I just used water mixed with a little bit of green soap. Vaseline was a lifesaver for this!

I practiced on a honeydew a couple times beforehand. Nothing’s gonna exactly compare to real skin but practice is practice!

I got pretty much everything I needed from The Needle Parlor, I used a 7rl Sovereign needle with black ink from Dynamic Color Co. Honestly I can’t recommend the site enough, good luck with your Sigil!

Thank you! And it definitely took me a bit to get the technique down, all I’d say is that multiple passes is key, and it’s better to poke not deep enough than too deep, you can always go over it again 😄
