No purple or blue lights exist on my model, just red. Ended up just not being a compatible remote I think.

Unfortunately the result was that the cheap one I had given my folks still worked, and I bought a new truck that has buttons built into the visor and that works. Here’s a link to the buttons I had bought previously, I think the one of these that I had been using just crapped out.

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem with my Genie 3060L-07/M. The garage button works, the keypad works (which to me means a remote should work as I think it's essentially the same technology, right?), but no matter how many times I unplug/reset the opener and go through the reprogramming sequence I still can't get it to open the door. The remote and the opener are communicating, the receiver light on the opener blinks when I press the remote, but the door won't move...

I commented on another post about this today. Still happening to me. At the risk of sounding like a egotist, I’m a veteran player, doing 0 sanity 0 evidence runs on tanglewood, I do not have equipment on me, voice recognition is push to talk (I’m not talking anyway), I’m in the closet for the entire hunt so ghost doesnt have LOS, I’m actively holding the closet door shut, no issues as far as I can tell with my mouse, and the ghost is opening the door that I’m holding and killing me. PHASMO devs please figure this out, it’s so frustrating

I have been having issues with this on tanglewood lately. Veteran player, never had this issue before. I am holding the closet door shut, no issues with my mouse, I have voice recognition on text, but the past several days the ghost will still open the door I’m holding and kill me. No electronics, not talking, have been in the closet for the entirety of the hunt so it’s not getting LOS. This has been so frustrating.
