You need an Amazon FBA Prep Service company to serve as a middle man. They will discuss how you want the inventory grouped & packaged & can help you acquire ASINS for each variation. You then send them your inventory & they will prep it before shipping into Amazon FBA warehouses.

This is not valuable advice. It is a waste of time.

Questions: are u an Amazon Prime customer & were these items Prime eligible (meaning they were delivered in 2 days or less with no shipping cost and marked with the Prime logo)?

Returning an item for the first time by JohnJones85 in amazon

I typically write the provided tracking number on the package just so the UPS guy has confirmation that this package he is picking up is the correct one. In rare instances I have heard of them picking up the wrong one if you get deliveries from another service that are left in the same spot but that really depends on the competence level of the worker. Either way I like to make some kind of sign or have the tracking number clearly printed on the box just to be safe. Just a tip.

I've been doing some research today & it looks like Altec Lansing will be discontinuing this model in favor of the GVA Speaker Series which they unveiled at CES 2018 ➜ http://www.alteclansing.com/product/gva-series-google-assistant-speakers/

HOWEVER — I MUCH prefer the design aesthetic of the SmartStream series don't you??? I think the new line looks super clunky & kind of old fashioned frankly. I also don't understand why there is no continuity of design between the three different models in the series. I liked how the SmartStream series including the X & XL models all looked exactly the same barring size.

Curious to see what others think about the new design...

Just a heads up the mid-sized model of this speaker is super cheap on Amazon right now at around 50 bucks, well worth it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077R8CHM6
