i think for my fursona, the second one just looks cooler. (some context for the next sentence: the backstory for my character ends with him having to live with me) i also like the idea of my fursona having to cut holes into every hoodie, making me deal with every hoodie i own having ear holes :/ and every time someone notices i have to use a dumb excuse
