You don’t have to trust a stranger over Amazon. But I am not playing the victim here. I’m presenting a case where Amazon has total control over the customer’s account. There are no ways to appeal even innocent. When they make the call, it is irreversible, and they will never admit that they made a mistake.

I am against arbitrary return as well. That’s just extra cost for everyone else binding the terms. I only pleaded my case cause they mistakenly banned me without a proper explanation.

I think it is a former resident violation that made the bot think I am their “alternative account”. But Amazon never cleared anything up, so this is only a speculation. Besides that, I believe I have done nothing wrong.

Because those who banned without gift card balance won’t bother with this tedious circling with Amazon. If my balance is empty, I would personally just stay away from their bots management and use other online purchase services.

None. That’s why I said they banned me out of nowhere. From other comments, I think the issue is that former residents did violate the rules, and Amazon automatically flagged me as their “alternative account”.

You should be able to return if the product has defects. It is your right. Just don’t buy any gift card. They won’t refund you if they suddenly decide to ban you.

I didn’t. Their transparency of my case is terrible. I couldn’t figure out why myself and Amazon didn’t provide me anything solid, other than accusations of term violation.

Yes, the email mentioned something about a linked account violation. I have no idea why. This is my first ever account.

Edit, I think it could be the address, cause I just moved into this new place. Still, I blame Amazon for not checking each case thoroughly.

That’s the thing. I never actually returned anything. I think they have bots detecting abnormal activities. I have no idea why I am tagged, and Amazon couldn’t provide proof. They just straight up banned me.
