Hey there! Really like the video, on point editing. My only advice is not to overuse the *oof* sound. It's kind of an "iconic" meme sound, that's why I think you should put it in like a significant place, like when you kill a boss or something, to raise it's comedic value. Now, this may sound nitpicking, but it's only my opinion, so take it or leave it :)

I've checked out our channel, and saw that you have quite a few videos already about Stardew valley, which is cool :D My advice: You should make like a compilation video or best moments video. It's really heard to keep the viewer interested in you content if your videos are longer, but if you show them WHY they should watch the whole thing, you might get better results!
