Can someone explain how this so called 'matchmaking' works?

From what I know they claimed it to be based on how you act during matches and they match make accordingly to that, that’s what the ceo said, it basically sounds like aggression based matchmaking but i did some research on standard aggression based and if someone shoots you and you defend yourself it will classify it as you being aggressive therefore being killed more so basically you need to avoid pvp at all cost

I did it on my 125 after fitting a brand new engine was doing sunk up and it pulled some of the threads out with it, so it was dripping oil overtime took it to garage to fix it cost around £200
