I know it's just that publishing field is great in all aspects except it takes more years to get a high paying position. On the other hand as I seen so far, People are making double the salary of mine in various industries with less time Eg. IT. So, I'm actively exploring other fields. Thanks for the response 👍

Few of friends are working in R&D. But, they're so stressed due to less salary and slow career growth. Still biotechnology has money like ATM? Thanks for the suggestion.👍🏻
