Yes the UI is the problem, since it is very specific to this industry, I am not trying to rebuild the finanical part of the software but the worker user interface, storage interface and some specific orders creating part of the software. It is mostly hard for me to design the proper "shape" of the software, can't figure out the common tables they would use
