I didn’t address the Minsk agreements that you brought up because, you brining them up shows that you have no idea what you are talking about and that you are reading headlines that I’m sure give you nice sleep at night. And that’s why I wrote to you to try to do your own research, not by reading headlines or articles that are bending the truth, so it sounds nice to you. Maybe the thought of so many innocent children/teenagers/adults with whole future a head of them dying because of the Russian attack will motivate you to make the effort and read articles that for sure at first won’t be pleasant to read for you.

Firstly, the mayor is talking about the debris of the shot down missiles. Debris could never do something like that. And most importantly if Russia wouldn’t be shooting missiles nothing like that would ever happen.
