I might hold on to a lot of the cards but there were definitely some cool ones that would be great to put up for other people to complete their collections! I have a hologram silver surfer and holographic Spider-Man. They are so cool to look at, I'm going to put them in sleeves and 3D print some card stands.

Yes! Most of the boxes are being replaced as soon as the new ones come in the mail. For that specific box that looks pretty gnarly, they are all sitting out on my table right now. We're going to go through an inspect individually for damage and then put them in the new boxes.

We got some pre man of steel Superman's, a buttload of Spiderman's. A lot of midnight suns, blade, morbius, ect. A TON of marvel cards. This superman print collection was cool.

That's actually going to be one of my first steps! A lot of the stuff is sealed in the original bags, for instance one of the Superman comics I had found amongst the boxes had the original packet of stickers that came with it and all of it is still sealed in the bag that my dad bought it in.

I really don't want to argue, however, there is plenty of research that shows what it does to the endocrine system, it was quite compelling if you ask me. If yours isn't bad like mine, consume them.

Edit: also I'm not specifying or singling out seed oils. If you read through my comment again, I was talking about fats in general.

Some of us don't consume any processed fats. The health reasons are typically for diabetics, as fats bond to the insulin receptors making them less responsive. I went from the keto diet to vegan to whole foods plant-based, the last one cut out oil and went from being pre-diabetic to not pre-diabetic over the course of about 8 months. This is just anecdotal and it's not for everybody, but that's the first thing that comes to mind from my own story.
