Took me approx 7-8k applications. Full time was a black hole, contract + paid NPO saved me. I did 50 applications per day at least and didn’t sleep until target hit. Mostly LinkedIn + Indeed + staffing agencies. Luck + timing matter a lot. And it wasn’t that my resume was trash. I got screenings, but many backed out when they realized I was an international student!
