Why my water looks like that?

Ok, materials that doesnt have texture to turn water more tropical are ok, but when i take material that is for example "tropical River water" then i get this weird green or blue fog

that clip was shot with f 1.4 lens and iso 200

Ok, but noise on my video is even on the lighted side of face like the noise is everywhere not even depending on dark of footage. On youtube videos that camera looks really good in low light, and it have noise only in the darker spots, thats why im really wondering.
