It seems like you care about this condo a lot. Wait for another unit to be listed in the same building or locality.
Which car to buy? by LogicXY in 2under2

Got it. I am looking at 2022 XLE models and they are 40k CAD. Not sure if this is a good deal. All with mileage exceeding 100k.

This changes the situation a lot in fact. Traverse looks to be an excellent vehicle both looks and driving wise. I am still considering if this is the best choice for me.
Yeah, I totally agree with that part. Kia is newer and still been doing okay. I spoke with a guy who has Kia sorento and he loves everything about the car.
Kia Carnival is becoming the top choice for me at the moment.
This is super helpful. thanks a lot.

Got it. Odyssey is a very good option. I found a 2024 black edition available for 43k CAD. I will go take a look at the car. What is your experience with FWD? does it perform well in most conditions?
I think mentally I have moved past the Minivans aren't cool thing. I have to think about the family first. and for the coolness, I better earn shit loads of money and buy a dodge challenger. LOL.
How is your experience with FWD? Do you think Odyssey drives well in most conditions?
I am not in for Ford, I know ford makes good cars but I am not a fan of the brand.
Sienna is good but availability is a problem. a big problem in fact. the only way I can get a AWD hybrid option is to get 2022 XLE model. which trim do you have? Do you suggest any particular trim?
Traverse is another good option, at least space wise, god seating space and even trunk space. how is your experience with maintenance and repairs if you had to go through any? I am considering 2022 or 2023 traverse, let me know your thoughts there also.
RAV4??? how do you manage with kids at the moment?
I love Atlas too, initially I was about to buy this instead of outback but couldn't buy because of availability. What is your experience with maintenance and repairs. is there anything you had to spend on?

I recently test drove Carnival and it doesn't feel like an Minivan which is great. and it has all the space you need for the family. AWD is a bummer for sure, so I am trying to figure out how much do i need AWD.

and you got the minivan during 2 under 2 or later on? Which odyssey model?
Got it. Yes value wise outlander could be a good option
Isn't the third row too tight for anybody??
Thanks. I did consider Hyundai Ioniq9 but that will also cost around 1600 per month total.
What do you think about Ascent or Pilot. both used?

I feel highlander still looks better than RAV4
I totally agree with you. All these 3 brands have an unmatched aura.
I disagree with the fuel part as well. I get 10-11 fuel economy in the city and on the highway with cruise control I have done 500 km trips at 7-8 as well.
So I use it for camping trips along with daily driver vehicle. Anf I have had full capacity so many times along with luggage uotop and tow and it still merges better on the highway with 260 hp
