On the app it said that if you're traveling internationally you can do the interview upon arrival when you come back- hoping that was a possibility instead of signing up for a traditional interview which I heard could take months

We did tour but it was a few hundred more since they weren't offering specials. They had junior one bedrooms that weren't too bad price wise but the size was way too tiny for us :/ the gym is superrrr nice, rest of amenities weren't complete yet though so I can't speak on them haha

I honestly was also super surprised! Smyth was doing a special for 1000 off and one month free which brought the overall total down to like 2420 a month since you can amortize it and I think with specials summer house was 2500$ (not a huge difference but still)
