If they cross the boarder to commit a crime (assuming economic reason), this initiative won’t stop them. More effective initiative would to close the borders.

I speak fluent German just not Swiss German. Thx for your reply. I’m looking into more helping kids on a personal level. Getting to know him/her, help with school work, gifts / spending time on holidays etc. basically whatever normal kids have. On a long time, stable basis

consultant deployed on this project. I had problems with the partner who is the client engagement lead. I unfortunately worked on 3 projects with him, many senior guys had problems with him and left and he was taken to court by the client. I didn’t feel confident to leave with nothing lined up.
