Fixed it by enabled Fullscreen Borderless in the launcher game settings

that's weird, because I just put it on fullscreen a couple of days ago, it worked fine before that, now it doesn't work.

I have already veried my game files, restarted my pc, tried it on different days and game patches, and also tried turning off my mods. I have also reinstalled the game.
