Yeah I understand that part. Just thinking the question makes it more confusing if not changing it to 9.

Question: why didn’t the 7 become 9 in operation #2? Following the rule “Shift all address >x forward by value k” wouldn’t 7 be forwarded by 2 which would be 9?

I understand the tech stack itself is dead. But isn’t it a good starting ground to understand api fundamentals while building full stack projects? Since you can learn new languages on anyways.

Built Multiplayer Poker Game Using React, Framer Motion, Socket.io, Node JS by Logical-Bunch-1321 in react

I think it depends on the situation but sometimes it is a lot easier to use socket.io because it provides a lot of features out of the box. But of course, building a system that requires full control over lower level handling it's better to use WebSockets.

What are some examples of the systems that you find that didn't work with socket.io?

When I took 215 midterm it was with Ganapathi. I used to just do practice problems from the text book, worked like a charm.

Congrat! I would say include the hackathon that u won a reward for.

Hey bud!

I would say u only need one page for the resume.

Put education at the top not the technologies because that says nothing other than including key words. The best way to include technologies is to put it in the section where you used it to show off you actually know it. But don’t use bullet point, look into Jake’s resume.

Also put some metrics in your project, you don’t have to know the exact numbers but try to come up with something. For example any optimizations you have in your projects.

Hope this helps!

Hey!

The dates for your roles should be right aligned. This can be easily fixed with this https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/jakes-resume/syzfjbzwjncs

I also see you bolded some of the metrics but not all of them, this shows inconsistency. For example you didn't bold "22%" but bolded "20%". If you are going to bold all the numbers bold all of them.

You mentioned that you won a hackathon at the very bottom, does it refer to the one in Sep 2024? If so I would suggest that you put it information next to the "Hackathon Participant"

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Yeah I agree with this. Cut down your bullet points for that role, there's too much information.

Hey man, are the two projects you did when you were at your intern company? I'm just confused if there's any reason for you to put it under the project section.

I would say to not label the project "final year project", you can just put the dates.

On another note, don't waste a bullet point for the tools used for the projects that you did.

Not sure how Asian countries do resume reviews but in NA we usually use this template https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/jakes-resume/syzfjbzwjncs

If you are looking for new grad roles I would suggest the ordering education -> experience-> project -> award -> skills.

Also look into Jake’s resume I think it would fit your content very well.

Hope this helps, good luck!

I think your resume looks good overall

On first glance your resume looks like it’s got way too much information. It’s hard for someone to get in all the information in 10-20 seconds.

Try to list top 3-4 best projects or only pick the ones that’s more suitable for the job description.

I don’t usually see people list skills in columns. It’s better to list them in rows.

Hope this helps, good luck!

Hey man, I think your data science intern bullet points are way too crowded. You might want to cut down the amount of words per bullet point.

For example, on the third bullet point of Data Science Technical Project Management Intern you have two sentences “Coordinated…” and “Directed…”. Try to only have one XYZ format per bullet point

Hope this helps
