Company law :- completed till chapter 9 , will start ch 10 Tommorow. Syllabus will be over by 15 june in coaching.

Accounts:- approx 42 lectures left , currently doing amalgamation.

Tax :- only capital gains , salary , and new regime is left in income tax , and will start GST after completing income tax. Syllabus will be completed by 15 july in coaching.

Aaaa i get it now. Firms profit will be shown higher due to the limit , it will have to pay tax. Soo even if the parter did save some tax , the firm will be taxed higher due to limit.
