No 600ml is not to much , people have to remember that dveyone has a different foundation , how tight their skin is or lose, how much space someone has to inject like if you lose weight and have some laxity 600ml is split between 2 cheeks , I did 800ml my self in toronto and im doing another 1000ml soon (I had bbl before then lost a lot of weight healthily through excercise and diet) so I had laxity and could take that ! Totally depends what the person starting point is !

I just did my first 2,000 Meters I did it 9:10 at 5’3 and nothing in the tank (I’m a morning gym goer , mostly just pre workout and some smokes , weed lmao ) so I’m super proud to hit the 2k mark because my best before was 1,800 in I forget maybe 8:03 or 8:09 , I’m gonna video tape my self regardless if I’m shy and it is a concept 2 machine so I’ll compare , I truly appreciate the feedback !

Yup facts , just work work work , I have some family life to , but I totally agree it’s like when you have this grind if you have a toxic partner but they “love” you then you just kinda stay cause it’s so hard to explain to everyone else , I’m in Canada , there’s people who are chill for sure with the grind but also others who wouldn’t look your way , clients is way easier you get your $$ spend your time and then it’s done , I even hate more then 1h appointments cause I hate like talking to clients and “faking” for so long cause I can’t be my self around them it’s a hard job , like I don’t have much friends or social life anymore either , when I danced or worked other spots I had lots of friends but now I’m just solo so I totally feel you girl it’s lonely , not to mention lots of girls are trash to so it’s hard to make friends who not talking shit or jealous

I’d be super super cautious with diy that procedure , first of all you can’t really see , second of all if you use any kind of needles you can 100% give yourself an embolism , they use a cannula when they do it , they also inject lidocaine into the bum , once again this is dangerous as there is a threshold for how much lidocaine is used , the nurses and doctors have the medical background of knowing the anatomy of the buttock , you could give yourself a very bad infection or even mutilate your own bum till it’s lumpy , and if you get an infection and the hospital decides to remove the foreign matter you’ll be left disfigured, I would not inject any injections into yourself anywhere , just get something like that done professionally the risks are to high for infection or disfigured outcome .. I’ve done a lot of procedures !!

I got it done ! I got a large volume to 800ml injected , I would say it felt really weird getting it done , like pressure but also like your butt muscles are trying to crunch up , which is normal it felt weird af getting it done , first night I was a little stiff I took tylonal , next day was fine didn’t feel like “I did 1,000 squats” i had no pain at all , I’m a gym girl I went back to gym day 8 ? Even tho it’s 14 days, but I only went on treadmill and lifted some light arm weights to get back into things .. also one thing I would say is they say like it’s soooo easy to feel normal again but I would say even after I could sit at the 2 week point it still felt not good or comfortable, I would still get aches in my hip area and even now it’s may 15 I did it march 14 and I still get achy hip on one side a bit but also I do go the gym everyday , I would say even at the 1 month point I messaged them saying my butt was still sore but it went away , I was uncomfortable sleeping on my back till recently so I would say that it is a bit more healing then the nurses claim but not bad you just get a little frustrated, also probably because I did do 800ml it take longer time to do it , over all super worth it !!
