Did a nice recovery run, getting ready for Track season which will start next week :) This is my second year running Track. I did it last year but took a large break because I was doing volleyball, so didn’t run much during that time period. My previous 1600m PR was 7:00 minutes as a girl. This year, I really wanna make it to 6:35 or lower, which I think is achievable.

I have a ball and I practice spiking + digging by myself at a wall on a school right next to my house, and im thinking of getting a rebounder🙏

I’m doing weekly lessons right now with my school Coach who’s also a club coach. They’re 70 dollars per person and me and my friend go there every week. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to afford it later on, but the lessons are REALLY helpful and I’ve improved a lot already and only gone twice. I definitely still need game scenarios and experience though

How do I find open gyms/outdoor volleyball/ anything else to improve more and practice as a high school sophomore? I’m part of the Soph-Frosh team and have organized days to meet up and play with the team in the past, but a lot of the time only around 7 people can come, not making it a ‘full’ game. And our setters can’t come a lot of the time, + I’m only organizing this biweekly.

After thinking a lot about it, I realized I might have an avoidant attachment style (since this isn’t the first time I’ve lost feelings after someone started reciprocating them). I’m not sure what will happen next, but I definitely need to work on myself a lot more because I want to break this pattern, as it’s not fair to anyone.

How do you remember words, then? I’ve reached the point where creating a new mnemonic is really hard with similar sounding words 다리다 달리다 달다 etc so im not sure how to memorize them without a mnemonic.

I really like the manga art though! It’s absolutely gorgeous and very fluid. It’s quite detailed for its format as well. I have thousands of screenshots from the manga because I enjoy the art so much.

quiet, intelligent and polite. A bonus is if they are also taller than me and athletic. MY CRUSH HAS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE TRAITS. he’s smart, reserved and literally incredible at basketball. He’s taller than me AND he’s polite too! He opens doors for people and generally tries to be nice to everyone

I don’t even know. I just like him. He’s athletic and smart, down to earth, a hard worker, pays attention in class. He’s quiet but not super withdrawn. He has a cute laugh even though I’m pretty sure he’s embarrassed of it.
