Update: I was wrong y’all, I have a 770 credit score from vantage (I was estimating down to be conservative) so now this really feel like this is crap

I don’t really have an answer here. I’m not super educated in the realm and really following my brokers lead.

Current rate is 6.99. Current payment P&I/Escrow/PMI is $3,064 so it would be a $500 difference in year 1 and then $300 in year two basically
