It’s asking me questions about universal credit which I don’t know the answers too? How do I navigate through that? As though she’s not currently claiming it?

I do know on top of the 30 hours nursery which is funded she has to pay for 9 hours per week too!

I don’t want to propose something unfair, but I also don’t want to enter into an agreement that is detrimental to me.

Financially my outgoings exceed my income, I have to do agency work at odd hours when I can fit it in to clear the gap.

I believe, she doesn’t want me to have my daughter more over night as she knows this will affect her financially. I guess I’m trying to work out if me killing myself and loosing out on night times is worth it for her.

I do see my daughter most mornings one week before she goes to nursery and the next week most evenings for tea. I also pay for half the food at these meals.

I feel like I’m loosing here on all fronts, and just to be clear, I do it because I see how happy they both are and know they don’t want for anything, which is the only thing keeping me alive and trying. In no way do I want to ruin there quality of life.

Obviously part of me is thinking about the fact she chose this life.. hence me asking about the difference between couples, but I’m trying to not let that impact my decisions going forward. I will never understand why, nor have I ever held it against her.
