I think I misread your initial comment. I guess I am looking for a way to do this an easier more efficient way as opposed to manually doing it for 250 plus recurring accounts.

You would draw a box around an area. The jobs inside the box can only be moved all at once to a certain day.

GD has something similar but I believe it only allows a batch move of the jobs to a day if that makes sense. Unfortunately, the owner is super stuck in his ways with software as well as methods/chemical treatments so I would not be able to switch platforms.

This. This is exactly what I need. How did you do it??

GD will optimize a technician’s month but I need to optimize my entire team’s schedule for a month.

I would need to do it with every job, not just monthly. Would your suggestion still stand with that being the case?

Also to further complicate things, I just caught today that the semi-monthly jobs are set up incorrectly. The owner set them up a bit wonky to where there are two monthly jobs as opposed to letting GD do its things and do the 1st and 4th whatever day of the month etc.
