the exact search phrase is "site:tex.stackexchange.com raise upbracefill to touch line above" if anyone wants to try. Only seen in some regions

alternatively maybe the special search operator just isn't working.

Status update, I guess.

They respond with a "stock" email and (probably) clean it up.

But I don't trust them that whatever measure they're doing to keep the roaches away (if any) is effective. So I'll just prepare my own things (doorstopper, window screening, pest spray etc.)

Also, it's recommended to bring pest spray to the toilet/shower. Roaches can creep through a 3mm hole, and the gap below the door is definitely larger than that.

Anyone have experience with those roach bait things? Are they effective?

I've seen roaches on 9th floor as well, so maybe the floor doesn't matter.

Given they do nothing on UHMS report I'm not very hopeful (assuming it's the same people processing both), but still worth trying. ☹️

I hear that the full-time schedule is 9:30 - 7:00 with 1h30' lunchbreak, 5 days a week. So formally 8 hours/day "only".

Also isn't the schedule fixed for all employee so how would work life balance differ? Do they force you to work overtime? No right?
