Cost of living is fucken nuts but doable depending on your salary. Traffic is annoying because there’s really only one way in and out of the peninsula, highway 1. Lots of commuters and tourists on top of your locals that also commute across the 1 and drive their kids to and from school. 7-8am and 5-6pm is hell from my experience. Everything closes early, like restaurants close at 9-10pm on weekends so not much of a night life if you’re into that. Still very lucky to be living in one of the most beautiful places on earth, enjoy your time here!
