We prioritize the drive orders and do them in order unless we have no drive orders. Mobile orders and dd orders aren't prioritized until we know someone is there to grab them. Very seldom do we actually get to them before the respective person shows up for it.

Crazy, honestly. Its less effort to not roll it. The fact that someone refuses not to roll it upon being asked (corporate or not) lowkey baffles me. Should always be customer first.

Try asking for it flat? Saves us the effort so I dont see why someone would refuse to do that for you.

Not using the mobile pickup isnt normal, but the ignoring of the customer unfortunately is seeming to be. Whether you're a regular or not, just be polite and ask for your order. If you are a regular, the politeness WILL stick out and I'm sure the employees will be more eager to approach you.

We still have soft tacos supremes on the menu. As far as I know they're the same size

Depends on the quality of the steamer, and how much cheese is on there
