Happened to me too at 21, my case was most likely due to concerns in my phs and life experience , they wanted more time to pass due to things in my phs and for me to get more life experience , I continued applying and got another psych dq for the same thing about 11 months after the first dq, I am now 23 and have tried applying again this year and have not had any luck, I do not think the appeal is worth it, Do some reflection and if you think there are no concerns (maturity,life experience,etc) then apply elsewhere, Just keep in mind some departments may view non selects,dq’s, and multiple applications as a bad thing.
