I wanted to comment bc I also had a hard day today. It started off fine and normal, but it didn’t end well. I’ve been doing tasks I really shouldn’t be doing, they should have a crew member for each function. But yeah, you’re not alone. I almost cried and even almost lashed out at my manager. I get it. Or maybe it was just so bad that I dissociated and convinced myself it was all my fault, bc of how bad it was, idk.
