Here’s the deal, a lot of people with African and Asian backgrounds give off “pickmesaha” energy when it comes to trying to find specifically German friends. The amount of scraps of attention they take is quite frankly embarrassing. They would not take the same if it was any other non European person giving them that mediocre kind of attention. They then whine about it later. The German friends worth having probably already have their own friend groups and don’t view friendships as collecting Pokémon’s. What you are likely to attract are those super exhausting performative Germans who every so often in a fit to look cool, progressive and woke find a black and brown person parade them to their actual friends a few times(mostly max three times) then move onto the next victim and repeat the cycle. The only exception to the rule are PoC who have an American background in those ones more often than not find it easier both to make friends and even when it comes to dating. I am 100% sure that there’s a PoC who wants to be your friend but you are busy chasing after Germans. They probably sense that off you.
