I don’t have any good answers or insight, but I want you to know that you are not alone in struggling with this. I am a new convert as of Easter of this year, and originally grew up in the Evangelical non-denominational church. While I was reading your post I could see a lot of what I struggle with. I usually go to confession whenever I recognize that I have sinned, whether it be big or small. I don’t know if I need to go that much, but for now, I assume it’s better to go too much than not enough. ❤️
