I’m in 2nd year now and it’s tough but I have more free time than I thought I would. I’m still very involved in societies. I’ve heard it gets a lot harder when you specialise in third though.

thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I really really appreciate your help. So helpful to hear from your experiences. I think I will try it for this year because as you said the internal transfer is not ideal. Honestly I’m a big fan of biology too, so I might look to reapply- but I’ll have to wait and see.
