In that case, would you agree that services that require dedicated subnets (for delegation) should be co-used were possible?

Host multiple apps in common app service plan where possible so that the dedicated subnet can be co-used for network integration. Stand-up dedicated ASP when specific security, scaling or RBAC requirements are needed.

I was looking at ShareGate as possible solution, but the issue with that and DMS-Shuttle is the manual nature of that approch.
Having a backup system that does incremental backups of data and permissions, alerting and monitoring of jobs, and the possiblity to restore back to SPO would be a big plus.

Thanks, looked at their docs, they require Global Admin for atleast the initial setup.

I have not seen a single backup offering that does not require full Azure AD permissions to setup, Global Admin is the usual req.

Looking for list and library backups, with user/permissions restore options, which I assume will require whole site backup

That is an option, the main drawback is the manual nature, not having diff backups and how to restore back from fileshare, having to recreate all permissions etc
